Proven successful outcomes are based on a practical coaching model. Engagements are typically 3-4 months in duration and are designed in collaboration with company management and the individual.
Deliverables (objectives or goals) are determined at the outset with management input. The coaching process takes place in weekly one on one meetings; either face to face or by phone (depending on proximity). Psychological assessments are often utilized to obtain scientific, fact-based data which is used to give objective feedback.
The manager receives monthly updates regarding progress, motivation and commitment to coaching process, protecting confidentiality of the coaching relationship.
